by providing real-time audience feedback in a safe environment.”

PURPOSE (Why we exist):
We exist because ministry is empowered when Christian leaders gain a better understanding of their current reality.

MISSION (What we do):
Providing real-time audience feedback in a safe environment.

VISION (What motivates us):
As the church specialists in providing Audience Response Systems, Interactive Church Resources seeks to equip church leaders for more effective ministry through the utilization of interactive communication technology combined with coaching support and consulting services.

BELIEFS (Foundational beliefs):

  • Informed leaders make for effective leaders – they stay in touch with the needs of their followers

Jesus said: “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.” John 10 14  (NIV)

  • Every person is important to God and to the Church

“For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son.” John 3:16 (NIV)

  • Everyone has something of value to contribute

“We are all parts of his one body, and each of us has different work to do. And since we are all one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us needs all the others. God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.” Romans 12:5-6 (NLT)

  • Creating a climate for open, honest communication fosters spiritual growth

“As we lovingly speak the truth, we will grow up completely in our relationship to Christ, who is the head.  He makes the whole body fit together and unites it through the support of every joint. As each and every part does its job, he makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.” Ephesians 4:15-16  (GW)

  • Growing followers communicate with their leaders

“The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches.” Galatians 6:6 (NAS)
